Just ten minutes drive from South Beach and even closer to Hobie Island Beach, this home is perfectly located for spending your days at some of Florida’s most iconic seaside spots. You also get use of the apartment building’s amenities, and we’re sure you’ll want to spend time lapping up the rays — and getting in your laps — at the outdoor communal pool. Up on the roof, you’ll find a beautifully furnished terrace with views across the city that’s ideal for watching those Miami sunsets with a glass of wine or cocktail in hand. Large and light-filled, the apartment has more than enough space to make yourselves right at home — the kitchen is well-equipped for rustling up dinner or breakfast while the stylish grey sofa in the living area is the perfect place to unwind in the evening.
