Stroll along the beach at Colwyn Bay and Rhos on Sea with shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants to explore within 3 miles from Old Colwyn. 7 miles away you can enjoy Llandudno s pier, theatre and a plethora of shops, eateries and events. Reach the top of the Great Orme (8.5 miles) on foot, or by cable car, and join the coastal path for majestic sea views. Historic Conwy, a World Heritage Site, with a 13th century castle, harbour, attractions and independent shops is just 7 miles away. Explore Betws y Coed (18 miles), the gateway to Snowdonia National Park and attractions such as Zip World (16 miles) and National Trust s Bodnant Gardens (9 miles). Further afield is go karting at Glan y Gors (13.5 miles) and Surf Snowdonia (12.5 miles). This fabulous, detached house has all the thoughtful little extras for your stay, and boasts stunning views. Walk into the hall with plenty of space for your sandals, walking boots, and coats. Straight ahead is the fabulous kitchen/diner; if you decide to eat in, the high spec kitchen is well equipped with an electric oven, 5 ring gas hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, and dishwasher. You will find the washing machine in the utility room and a separate WC. The dining table is the perfect setting for everyone to gather round and enjoy a meal together, with the benefit of a Smart TV for the music or programme of your choice. After dinner, admire the sea views as you walk through the snug to the cosy lounge with a contemporary coal effect electric fire, comfortable sofas, and Smart TV with Sky basic package. Enjoy a relaxing evening watching your favourite films or just chatting and enjoying the views. Upstairs you will find two bedrooms to choose from: the beautiful king size with TV and sea views and the cosy double with TV and sea views. There is also the use of a dressing room which has a single bed. The stylish bathroom is perfect for a leisurely start to the day with a freestanding bath, a shower and a WC. Throughout the property, you will find thoughtful extras to enhance your stay. There are stunning views from the raised decking area, with a glass balustrade and table and chairs. Walk down the steps to the large lawn, ideal for children to let off steam. There is ample space in the garden for paddleboards and kayaks, and a lockable bike rack to the side if you are bringing your bikes (and locks) with you. There is parking for three cars at the front of the property. Please note, the charging of electric vehicles is not facilitated or permitted at this property; the nearest public charge point is on the promenade, 2 miles from the property.
