This elegant home makes for a memorable Hamptons getaway. It’s situated on an acre of well-maintained land lined with trees, tucked away from the main road but still conveniently close to everything you might need. Wainscott and its shops and restaurants are just two minutes away by car, while the beach can be reached in four minutes.

The home is modern and stylish, with comfort a key component of every design decision. There's masses of space, so everyone can chill out together without it feeling crowded. The main living room has a double-height ceiling and a wall of windows looking out onto the garden – it’s a grand and airy space. In winter, firing up the gas fire and curling up together feels oh so cosy.

Outside, there’s a fabulous heated swimming pool and a hot tub – the perfect place to be during sunset. A deck wraps around the property and there’s a grill and plenty of seating – in summer, is there anything better than barbecuing in the late afternoon, sipping drinks in the sunshine?
