Just a ten-minute walk from the heart of Cala'n Forcat, this home makes a great spot for a laid-back Balearic getaway. The nearest beach is just 700 metres away and you’ll find easy access to local restaurants, bars and shops. It’s also just a short drive from the beautiful city of Ciutadella, making this an ideal base from which to explore the island. The decor might be simple, but the outside space is great for families and there are two ground-floor bedrooms – a nice option for those with reduced mobility.

*At full occupancy, one guest will be sleeping on the sofa bed in the upstairs living room
*Your host can provide a complimentary cot and high chair – this must be requested at the time of booking, and you’ll need to bring your own cot linen
*Children will need to be supervised around the swimming pool at all times
*It’s possible you may hear some noise from neighbours during your stay
*During the San Joan Festival from 22nd – 24th June, the host only accepts family bookings
