Surfing, rock pooling, fishing, kayaking – the list of outdoor activities here are endless. But if downtime calls, this roomy, open-plan home is brimming with natural light and comfy places to unwind. Dine alfresco on the private balcony, watching the waves roll in as the sun goes down, or catch up on family time with movie night. When it's time for some shut-eye, open the windows and fall asleep with the fresh sea breeze drifting through the bedrooms. There's no shortage of mod-cons here either, including an Xbox One, a delightful gas range cooker and outdoor surfboard storage. Whether you want to hang ten or just hang out, this home has it all.

*This home is situated next to a busy road, so it's not the most secluded spot
*One dog is welcome to join you (unfortunately no cats) for a £25 per pet, per stay/week fee paid in advance – your hosts will arrange this with you after booking
*A cot and high chair can be provided on request – you'll need to bring your own cot linens
*There's a cupboard outside with beach essentials like windbreaks, buckets and spades
*Bed linen and bath towels are provided, but you'll need to bring your own beach towels
*There's allocated parking for one car – driving isn't necessary, but we recommend having a car if you plan on exploring the Cornish coast
