In the vicinity of Knighton (4 miles), a delightful array of activities awaits those eager to explore the charming Welsh countryside. Outdoor enthusiasts can embark on scenic hikes along the Offa's Dyke Path (3 miles), offering breathtaking views of rolling hills and picturesque valleys. For thrill seekers, the Griffin Lloyd shooting ground and Phil Price Rally School are both within 4.5 miles. For a tranquil day, the cascading waters of the nearby Radnor Forest (17 miles) provide a serene backdrop for nature walks and birdwatching, or travel a little further to the red kite feeding station (25 miles). For railway enthusiasts the Heart of Wales line that runs from Shrewsbury to Swansea passes through nearby Knucklas offering a daily service that crosses two magnificent viaducts and travels through dramatic scenery.
