Walkers can easily access the nearby Pennine Bridleway, the Limestone Way, Chee Dale and the stepping stones. Tideswell (3.3 miles) has shops, pubs and dining facilities. The spa town of Buxton is a 4.5 mile drive away, with shopping, dining, and entertainment options, including the renowned Buxton Opera House and Buxton's Pavilion Gardens. The market town of Bakewell (11 miles), famous for its Bakewell pudding and shops and markets. Chatsworth House is 13 miles away with the magnificent house, picturesque parkland and gardens, farm yard and nearby farm shop, offering something for everyone.
