High on the hillside above the restaurants, shops and cafes of Son Bou – this coastal villa overlooks panoramic views of the Mediterranean Sea from almost anywhere in the home. Undoubtedly, the best place to take in the vistas, however, is from outside on the terrace. You'll find a private swimming pool, sun loungers and an alfresco dining area facing the seascape. We particularly love the sheltered terrace lounge, offering an idyllic spot for taking in picture-perfect sunset views and sipping evening cocktails. Meanwhile, you'll be just a kilometre from the sandy shoreline and a convenient 600-metre stroll from the local eateries.

*Due to this home's location, we recommend hiring a car to maximise your stay. There is private parking available on the premises.
*Please note the swimming pool is open from April to October.
*There are forty-six steps leading up to the front door here. It might not be the best option for those with reduced mobility.
*Young children will need to be supervised at all times due to the terraced grounds and the gaps between the stair railings.
*The quickest walk down to the sea from the villa follows several steep steps. Less active group members may prefer to walk along the residential lanes instead.
