Clare Country Lodge languishes in a tranquil rural retreat overlooking the majestic Shannon estuary with its many historic islands. Set on its own private grounds, this substantial holiday home is conveniently located within two kilometres of Kildysart village.

Perfect for those needing a break from a busy lifestyle; this is a place where one can be renewed in mind and body as you walk through the peaceful countryside, enjoy a spot of fishing or simply relax in the company of locals in one of the many village hostelries.

The house is forty minutes from Shannon Airport which has a direct connection to many European destinations. It is a similar distance from the world-famous Donald Trump golf course at Doonbeg on the Atlantic Coast.

Accommodation consists of four generous en-suite double bedrooms. It has office space, sitting room, conservatory and spacious living room with kitchen. There is wifi available throughout the house.

Holiday at home in Ireland

From initial inquiry to leaving on the last day this was a great experience. Lily was quick to respond to any queries. As for the property, it is absolutely magnificent. It has all the essentials and more. It is finished to an extremely high standard and is very well maintained too.

Location is good for exploring all Clare has to offer. We were very unlucky with the weather and the Covid restrictions in place limited our options so having a nice place was even more important.

"Beautiful location!"

The house is modern and very comfortable. It is situated in the rolling Clare countryside with beautiful rural views out the back and a view of the estuary from the side, we enjoyed a few glasses of wine outside! Everything was very clean and Lily was lovely to deal with. There are many sights to see within a short drive of the house.
