Set on the third floor, you'll benefit from pleasant views of the lively streets below, while being far removed from the hustle and bustle. Inside, the open-plan layout and colourful decor create a lovely space to hang out and socialise with your group – as long as two guests don't mind sleeping on the sofa bed in the living area.

*At full occupancy, two people will be sleeping on a double sofa bed in the living area.
*Parking in Rome can be tricky, so we recommend sticking to easily accessible public transport where possible. Ottaviano Metro stop is a four-minute walk.
*As this is in a central spot, noise is to be expected. Light sleepers may want to pack earplugs.
*You'll find artwork in the bedroom which might not be to everyone's taste.
*If you're travelling for work, you won't find a dedicated desk here. However, the dining table doubles up as a laptop-friendly workspace.
*The entrance to this building is shared with other residents.
*Please keep noise levels to a minimum after 10pm.
