The cosy smaller living room, lovingly referred to as 'The Snug,' is found to the left of the main entrance. This welcoming room serves as a peaceful retreat, accommodating various members of the group depending on their preferences. It's an ideal space for adults seeking tranquillity, but it also suits teenagers and children looking for some downtime.

The Snug features a spacious sofa and a generously sized armchair. Additionally, you'll find a decorative fireplace and a large flat-screen TV with a DVD player in this room.

At the opposite end of the house, you'll discover the double-aspect formal dining room—a place for everyone to gather for meals. The substantial dining table comfortably seats up to 10, and the kitchen is well-stocked with a wide range of cutlery and crockery.

Situated at the rear of Braunton Farmhouse is the well-appointed kitchen. This charming farmhouse-style kitchen, decorated in neutral tones, boasts a large fridge, a separate freezer, a microwave, a slow cooker, an electric oven with a hob, a coffee machine, a washing machine, and a tumble dryer. There's also a convenient round table, perfect for leisurely breakfasts or keeping the chef company.

If necessary, a handy storage cupboard beside the kitchen houses items like the vacuum cleaner, an iron, an ironing board, and a clothes airer.

Access to the first floor is available via two staircases. Heading up the main staircase and to your left, you'll find Bedroom 1. Situated at the end of the hallway, near the rear staircase, is the first of two double bedrooms. This spacious room features a super-king-size bed and is beautifully decorated in shades of blue and pink, adding a touch of colour. The bedroom also includes a large chest of drawers and a freestanding wardrobe.

The final bedroom is also located near the rear staircase, offering dual-aspect views of the garden and countryside. This bright and airy room features a standard double bed, as well as a freestanding wardrobe, a convenient washbasin, and a heated towel rail.

One of the two ground floor bathrooms is positioned near the rear entrance of the farmhouse and includes a shower, a washbasin, and a WC—perfect for rinsing off sandy feet after a day at the nearby North Devon beaches.

The stunning second bathroom is situated near the kitchen and features a bath with an overhead shower, a washbasin, and a WC.

The first-floor family bathroom is located opposite Bedroom 3 and is equipped with a bath, a washbasin, and a WC. Additionally, there are two heated towel rails and a mirror with a light and shaving point.
