On the first floor there is an oak beamed, open plan living space with wood floors and a cosy electric fire, with views east and west over pastures, hedgerows, and woodland, ideal for spotting buzzards and red kites. On the ground floor, is a kitchen/diner with a well equipped kitchen offering an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, and a washer/dryer. Also, on the ground floor there is a double aspect king size beamed bedroom with views over the smallholding, and finally the shower room with a large walk in shower and WC. Outside you can enjoy the sun throughout the day, enjoy dining in the small courtyard, or have a morning coffee on the bench.
