Ballyheifer house is a beautiful 5 bedroom home on the edge of our family farm in Magherafelt in the heart of Mid-Ulster. We are within an hours drive of Derry and Belfast and also the famous Antrim coastline and Sperrin mountains with the added benefit of being close to some fantastic local attractions to include Seamus Heaney Homeplace, golf, fishing, walks and outdoor water parks. A great place to base your holiday or for that special gettogether or to simply unwind surrounded by nature.

We are located within 5 mins of the town of Magherafelt and you could either taxi in to one of the local restaurants or bars or it is possible to walk, just be careful on the roadside. We are on the edge of a working farm so you will see the animals in the fields but do not enter the fields or farm sheds for your own safety. You have ample outdoor space at the property to fully enjoy the beautiful countryside.
