The range of attractions within walking distance of this property include the O2 and the RDS, both of which have numerous events throughout the year. The area has a large selection of great restaurants and lively bars. Hop on the DART and experience the sights and sounds of Dublin City Centre first-hand.

The fully fitted kitchen is beautifully crafted with warm wooden cabinets and modern stainless steel appliances. The living room has wooden floors with modern fixtures and furnishings. All this combines to make a cosy yet sophisticated accommodation. Each apartment features 2 bedrooms and can accommodate 4 people.

Location
From City Centre - Trinity College (Nassau Street) along Merrion Square, Mount Street, Northumberland Road. Just before D4 Hotels turn left onto Lansdowne Road, cross DART line, pass Football Stadium, turn left into Newbridge Avenue and our driveway is located immediately to the right of the AVIVA STADIUM.

"Brilliant experience!"
Everything was perfect. Very high quality and spotlessly clean. Staff were amazing - incredibly helpful! The location is one of the best in Dublin, just minutes from the Aviva stadium. Would definitely return!

Lovely!
Stayed for the weekend with friends, loved the apartment we had! So spacious and had everything we needed, good location and well worth the price we paid. We had a two bedroom apartment which also had two bathrooms too. Near to the Aviva stadium, a taxi into city centre was around 9 euro and to/from the airport around 30 euro.

"Great place to stay for a Dublin break"
We rented a two bedroom apartment, and were so pleased with it. There were two bedrooms, both with either en-suite or full bathroom, (with towels) as well as a sitting room/kitchen. The kitchen had a washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, oven, toaster and kettle, together with cutlery, glasses and crockery.
Everything was clean, tidy and stylish. The bed was very comfortable, with lots of storage and wardrobe space.
There is car parking available if required. It is only a few yards from the 3 arena, and the Landsdown Road DART station, (about 10 minutes into central Dublin) making the location so convenient for a Dublin based holiday.
These apartments are very good value for money, and have everything you need for either a few days stay or longer (a weekly maid service is available for longer stays). Fully recommended.
