There are family-friendly activities nearby, including golf and a wildlife sanctuary, in the quayside town of Hayle. Easily accessible from Carbis Bay, the Godrevy Nature Reserve and Penwith Heritage Coast offer even more opportunities for outdoor and watersports enthusiasts to engage in activities like coasteering and birdwatching.
