This four bedroom, contemporary seafront villa is located in the heart of Protaras. It is ideal for a relaxing holiday and is within walking distance of all beaches, bars, restaurants and shops. The ground floor features an open plan living room, kitchen and dining area. The living room has a comfortable corner sofa, widescreen TV and DVD Player. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances and the dining area has seating for eight people. There is also a bedroom on the ground floor with two single beds. Upstairs, you will find three bedrooms; the master bedroom with an en suite bathroom with shower and WC, a double bed and doors leading out to the balcony with sea views. The second bedroom also has a double bed and balcony, and the third bedroom has two single beds and a shared balcony with sea views. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and bedside cabinets. Outside, the sunny garden and pool area provide plenty of space for sunbathing and alfresco dining. A barbecue, worktop with cupboard space, sink, outside shower, sun loungers and a large private pool overlook the ocean. There is also a gate leading down to the beach.
