A 19th century house, being part of the marine façade and integrated in a set of buildings aligned with the ancient Arabic wall, which no longer exists. The hotel is located in the neighborhood of "La Calatrava" in the historic centre of Palma and one of the oldest in the city, just a short distance from Palma's historic buildings: the Cathedral and the Royal Palace of La Almudaina.
