"Absolutely delightful stay"
We stayed for 3 nights in August. We received a very warm welcome from Debbie. Our room was lovely and very comfortable, with a sea view. I always love having tea and coffee facilities in the room and I really liked the bottle of water and biscuits in a jar too!
Richard was our very friendly host at breakfast. We had a fantastic view of the beach and the sea while we ate the amazing breakfasts!! I think between us, my husband and I tried most things on the menu!! It really set is up for the day. Fantastic.
The B&B was very week situated with a very easy walk down to the very long, very clean beach for a stroll and a paddle. It was also an easy walk along the seafront into Port Stewart.
On our last morning we were even lucky enough to spot dolphins.
Thank you Debbie and Richard so much for a wonderful stay. I'd love to come back sometime.

"Fabulous people and place"
We stayed at Saltwater for two days in room 5 on the ground floor A beautiful room with large bathroom and great shower Debbie and Richard are great hosts and lovely people. Wonderful breakfast menu to get the day started. You won’t find a better place to stay

"Bespoke boutique BnB"
Beautiful BnB in a great location, tastefully decorated with many special touches. A lovely welcome from hosts Debbie and Richard. Our immaculate room had a sea view and all we needed. We walked along the beach to a restaurant recommended by the BnB and it did not disappoint. Delicious breakfast of eggs benedict the next morning set us up for the day.

"Fabulous"
We spent our Silver Wedding anniversary at the Saltwater and couldn't have wished for any where better. Fabulous location, immaculately tasteful decor, wonderful breakfast and very hospitable hosts. If we could give it more than 5 marks we would.

"Absolutely superb!"
We stayed in Portstewart for 3 nights which is in itself a beautiful spot. Saltwater is the jewel in the crown. Located on The Strand just a 10 minute walk to town centre, and you are better off walking because the traffic becomes quite congested.
The whole house is beautifully and tastefully appointed with a great deal of thought for the comfort of guests. We stayed in the King Room with sea views which was very spacious and comfortable and included a Nespresso coffee machine.
The breakfast was just delicious and hugely filling (see photo of menu) and clearly of restaurant standard. None of your Rice Krispies and canned fruit here.
Debbie and Richard were just delightful hosts.
