"First Class Hotel"
Went down for a couple of days for our wedding anniversary. Firstly very safe - every precaution you could think of to protect guests at this awful time. However unlike the Shelbourne the Lough Erne staff were able to combine your safety with excellent service - just the friendly welcoming style you expect from Fermanagh people. It is a lovely hotel - excellent rooms, great food and a nice relaxed atmosphere with super views over the lake and golf course. I had actually visited the month before with my sons and we enjoyed the hotel and the excellent golf course which is a must for golfers- must be one of the most scenic courses you can play in Ireland. Thoroughly recommend this hotel and the golf course - well worth a visit.

"5 star and more, wow factor"
Stayed here recently with my wife for our wedding anniversary and it was a wow from start to finish, have passed by many times but was taken aback by how stunning the location is, On arrival was greeted by excellent concierge staff who explained the covid protocol system, temperature checking on entry and sanitizers at every public area, Sarah on check in was exceptional and talked us through every detail of the hotel. Was also greeted by Stephen Cox one of the managers who also gave us a great welcome and on leaving a heart warming send off, great assets to the hotel. Have to commend all the staff, courteous and helpful. On arriving early, check in wasn't till 4 so went to the spa where we were welcomed by Helen who was very helpful, and again explained everything about the spa and pool area. Pool, Jacuzzi everything enjoyable. Lovely furnishing throughout the hotel, Our room was 128 , a suite room and what a room , amazing décor and that view across the lake, dinner was first class and service to match, breakfast the same, everything is done with the guests safety in mind without loosing the wow and relaxation factor. Grounds are in impeccable condition, with plenty of walking/running tracks around the golf course and places to sit out and just chill.
Have to say this is one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in , sad to leave but cant wait to return when restrictions are all lifted.
Cant fault this hotel in any way, 5 star hotel, 5 star staff and a 5 star location.

"Perfection!"
This is one of the finest hotels Ireland has to offer. The service and cleanliness is second to none. Neal gives you the warmest of welcomes at the door. The check-in process is fast and friendly. The rooms are fab. We had Swan suite room 229, unbelievable views over golf course! Free small minibar could include wine, ours had only beer. The food in the catalina restaurant is exquisite! Everything cooked to perfection, you'd swear you were in masterchef reading through the menu! Breakfast is equally tasty and now all table service. They are very cautious with covid which made us feel even more comfortable. We have stayed on many occasion and even had our wedding here. Standards are still sky high! Thanks to everyone that made our stay so perfect!

"Anniversary Time Away"
Wife and I stayed in the Lough Erne for our 19th Wedding Anniversary and we had a great time. Hotel is very classy, concierge at the door and the staff are very helpful. We booked a Lakeview room, which is one of most affordable rooms, but the room was large and the bathroom a good size. The restaurant was quite pricey but we went into enniskillen (4 miles away) where there is loads of choices. The setting that the hotel is in is spectacular with the Nick Faldo golf course stretching around it, coupled with the fermanagh Lakelands. We will be back here.
