Highly recommend Longueville House to all prospective brides and grooms. It is in such a beautiful location and the staff literally do everything to make your day so unforgettable and special. Aisling, Jan, Eveanne were all wonderful. The food was out of this world delicious and we had so many compliments from all our guests. Taking over the entire wedding venue really makes it feel like your own personal country house for you, your family and friends. Highly, highly recommend.

"Stunning location, helpful staff and fabulous food" I was at a wedding last week at Longueville House, We were greeted with the warmest reception, the staff were very friendly and attentive and helped wherever they could. The food was delicious, the grounds were stunning and I have absolutely no complaints about the bar service, as it was in my opinion excellent. Price wise you get what you pay for, breath taking views, local produce and a stunning period property. I'll definitely visit again.

"Returning after 25 Years -- still incredibly wonderful!!!" We first visited Longueville House 25 years ago with out two teenage daughters. What took us so long to get back!! It is still the same true Irish experience. The history of the land and hotel is amazing and worth reading in the lovely book on the upper-level reading area. The bedrooms are large and grand -- and comfy. The public rooms are elegant beyond description, with the patina of generations of family and guests. Just sitting in the parlor and having a glass of wine and soaking in the atmosphere is an unforgettable experience! Dinner was fantastic -- the next generation of O'Callaghans, William, has stepped up to become the chef and host. We took a long 2-hour walk around the apple orchards and the flower and vegetable gardens, down to the river where we fished for salmon 25 years ago. We were fortunate enough to catch up with Jane O'Callaghan, our hostess those many years ago, who lives in a small lodge nearby and visits the hotel frequently. She gave us many ideas for sightseeing and things to do and see in Dublin, our next stop, and visiting with her again made us truly feel like family. There was a baby shower and also a wedding the day we were there -- Longueville is bursting with activity! For sure we will make it a point to take the beautiful drive up to Mallow whenever we get anywhere near this part of Ireland!

"We had our wedding in Longueville House in September 2017 and it was absolutely wonderful. We had visited numerous times over the course of our planning and each time it just got better and better. We had hoped that the day would be really special and to say our expectations were surpassed would be an understatement! The incrediable staff went above and beyond to cater to us and every single one of our Guests. They were so attentive and professional, not only on the day but also during the run up to the wedding. Every time we arrived we were given such a warm welcome. Our wedding would have not have been as fantastic as it was only for them and we are so grateful. The house, grounds and food were all spectacular; from relaxing in the Drawing room with a cocktail for our drinks reception, to enjoying a delicious meal in the exquisite Turner Conservatory and partying the night away in the Cellar Kitchen downstairs, our Guests were completely blown away and are still raving about it. Longueville truly is a venue with a difference that offers so much, and we had the most relaxed, happy and intimate day. A special thank you to Aisling who took every request on board without hesitation and made the process for us so enjoyable. Longueville will forever have a special place in our hearts. We can't wait to returnand will do so for many many years to come"

"We were lucky enough to have our wedding reception at Longueville House. We wanted a relaxed and personal feel to our day and Aisling along with her Longueville team really delivered. We organised our wedding from the UK and throughout the process I was secure in the knowledge that Aisling was just a phone call away. The team at Longueville really removed the effort and stress of wedding planning, from babysitting & additional accommodation recommendations, to transport logistics, hair and make up, entertainment plus coordination on the finer details of the day with our best man and bridesmaid. From the moment we arrived at our reception, the staff went above and beyond. Everyone was welcomed, catered to and made feel very relaxed. We held our speeches from the front door steps just before dinner - which went down wonderfully - would highly recommend it ..weather permitting! The grounds are out of this world and our photographer was blown away by the options and opportunities. The wedding dinner was phenomenal with generous servings of faultless food beautifully paired with wines. The atmosphere was incredible! The evening went off without a hitch. Our band were set up and ready to play downstairs as soon as we finished dinner. We booked exclusive use of the house which was brilliant. The Drawing room provided a perfect respite for sore feet! The feedback from our guests echoed our sentiments - Longueville is such a special venue. Nobody can put their finger on it but Aisling managed to make the entire day 'us'. We wouldn't change a thing and can't wait for our next visit!

"Now that we've returned and are adjusting to married life post-honeymoon, it's good to be able to write to you to thank you for facilitating our wonderful weekend wedding. Not a day has gone by that we haven't thought of, or talked about our wedding. It was truly the happiest, most joyous, and love-filled day of our lives. We honestly can't thank you enough for looking after us so well that weekend. From the moment we arrived on the Friday afternoon, to our departure on Sunday, we felt really taken care of, and every last detail that we'd requested throughout the year was remembered and looked after. There are certain moments that stand out vividly and we will always associate with that weekend. We both feel that the team at Longueville went above and beyond what we might ever have expected or hoped for, in terms of making this magic happen. Longueville House will always be very special to us, because of the fact that we got married there. It felt like home for the whole weekend, and we really didn't want to leave. We wish you continued success, and look forward so much to visiting again, meeting you all, and maybe having the time to take the gorgeous dogs for a walk!"
