Highly recommend Longueville House to all prospective brides and grooms. It is in such a beautiful location and the staff literally do everything to make your day so unforgettable and special. Aisling, Jan, Eveanne were all wonderful. The food was out of this world delicious and we had so many compliments from all our guests. Taking over the entire wedding venue really makes it feel like your own personal country house for you, your family and friends. Highly, highly recommend.

"Lovely stay"
Quiet private area. Host family very welcoming. Rooms lovely and each unique but lacking modern amenities (TV, coffee maker) Wonderful farm to table dinner at the restaurant. Would recommend for quiet getaway, romantic weekend or wedding event. Great hard apple cider produced on site.

"Longueville House provided us with the perfect backdrop to our small family wedding with Jan, Eveanne, Aisling and all the team ensuring the day was relaxed and personal. From the first day we arrived in Longueville to book the venue, the team removed all the stress of wedding planning and guided us through the process with brilliant recommendations, advice and tips for our day. On the day, they were accommodating, warm and welcoming to all. The conservatory was spectacular for dinner and each of the guests commented on the food, drinks and service. It was staying in an eloquent country house without any formality to hamper people's level of comfort." We couldn't recommend Longueville House enough, it's the perfect mixture of charm and friendly service.

"Our wedding at Longueville House was the most special day of our lives. It was truly perfect. We would not have considered celebrating anywhere else. William and Aisling delivered one hundred percent; it fills us with joy to think about this magical day and our time by the banks of the Blackwater."

"From a young age I dreamed about my wedding in Ireland, but never did I dream it would be as magical and beautiful as it turned out to be. And that is thanks to our gorgeous wedding venue, Longueville House. The minute our wedding planner (MartinaO) suggested Longueville and we looked at photos, we knew it was the perfect size, style and accomodation for our event. It truly gives an “old world” feel and timeless beauty which is exactly what we were looking for. The elegance of Longueville House as the backdrop to our wedding was the best decision we made! But really, it was the genuine care and support from the entire staff that made the day so wonderfully special. Aisling, William and their entire team went above and beyond during the planning stages leading up to our weekend stay at their beautiful home. It truly felt as though they were family and made everything comfortable and worry free during our wedding. Not to mention, the food is absolutely incredible, fresh and creative. The cherry on top of the cake! John and I loved our wedding and time spent at Longueville House so much that we returned for a weekend stay 2 months after our wedding, just to go back and take it all in again! We will be opening our bottle of Longueville Brandy on our upcoming first anniversary which the O’Callaghans so graciously gave us as a parting gift. Longueville House will always be a stop during our travels back to Ireland in the years ahead. Thank you for everything, we are forever grateful".

"Wedding and a visit"
My wife and I had our wedding here in April. We rented the property for two nights and now we've flown back from the US to visit them again [in June]. The owners are amazing and it is apparent through the actions of their staff their ability to hire quality people. The food.... ohhhh the food. Literally the best breakfast buffet I've ever eaten. Almost everything is fresh from their farm. I already can't wait to eat it again tomorrow morning. And their dinner ohhhhh their dinner. I had the chefs sampling last night and about half of my wife's meal. I had some duck liver, scallops, lamb, a cheese platter, quail and some rhubarb sorbet and some other rhubarb dessert. Each thing better than the last. Tomorrow morning breakfast is from 8:30 to 10:30 and I plan to get down 8:30 sharp and stay until they tell me I have to leave. I'm going to eat like a true American. The charm of this place is second to none. Whether you come here for a meal, or for a get away you will have a great experience.
