It has four bedrooms; a king-size double with en-suite bathroom, a king-size double (zip/link can be twins on request) with en-suite shower room, a double with en-suite shower room and a ground floor king-size double (zip/link can be twins on request) with en-suite shower room, sleeping eight guests altogether. There is also a kitchen, dining room, sitting room and a games room, while to the outside is off-road parking for four cars and an enclosed garden to the rear with patio furniture and a raised decking. 46 Henver Road promises the ideal escape to the coast.Please note: Electric Vehicle charging is not permitted.

Newquay is the home of the UK’s surf scene, boasting three major beaches, the National Surf Centre, a zoo, sea life centre and various restaurants and pubs. For avid walkers, the South West Coast Path passes in both directions along a coastline of high cliffs, while the harbour and fishing village of Padstow has the Camel Trail and cycle hire.
