Newton-by-the-Sea is dotted with traditional cream-washed cottages, and this charming abode is no different. Inside, the classic yet contemporary interior makes a lovely home-from-home, with polished hardwood floors, bright walls, a gas-burning fireplace, and cosy furnishings. We love the soft blue and sandy tones, exuding comfort while drawing inspiration from the coastal location. Every space has been designed with sociable families in mind. It’s open and inviting, with a beautiful kitchen that’s perfect for gathering around the kitchen island, preparing meals together as a group. The conservatory is another bright and homely space. It’s particularly lovely in the mornings with the sunlight pouring in through the ceiling windows while you savour a nice, hot coffee. Or, you can take your coffee out to the patioed garden and breathe in the fresh seaside air.

Whether you plan on spending your days windsurfing, sailing, relaxing on the beach, bird watching, or exploring the quaint village, there’s a lot to love about Newton-by-the-Sea. Tuck into an obligatory lunch of fish and chips on the beach and explore the village’s historical churches. Return home to catch the last of the afternoon sun in your garden with a good glass of wine, before getting the barbecue going for a grilled feast.
