We had the perfect two week holiday based in Maud’s wonderful spacious house. The house is located just outside Ballydehob with great cafes and restaurants and is ideal as a base for day trips to Bantry, Durrus, Skibbereen, Baltimore and even out to Crookhaven and Barley Cove. Having five bedrooms, we had the space for extended family to come stay with us for a couple of days each and they all raved about the house and it’s location. Everyone wanted to stay longer. We had sing songs and late nights chatting in the large sitting room. The extensive gardens were perfect for the kids to explore. We went sea kayaking from the little harbour just down the road. We had so much fun all based in and out of this cosy, home away from home. Thanks again to Maud, and her family, who were so welcoming, friendly and helpful.

Wonderful location, greeted warmly by Maurice and Harry. Maud was always available as well, very attentive. Lots of information about the area. A house filled with books and great WIFI and TV service. Beautiful Garden and lots of comfy sitting areas, outside and in. We were two families with two young children and the house was lovely and large. Very comfortable beds and bedding. Loads of towels. Any questions we had were answered immediately.
