Located in the Nites mountain of Mega Gialos, on the south side of Syros, this villa is surrounded by rugged Cycladic nature, and its size means it’s ideal for events, private parties, or even a big, fat Greek wedding. This luxurious ecological retreat has been built on a plot that is filled with unique ashlar stones, which are protected by the Greek state, and the discreet stone building overlooks truly amazing sights.

Begin your days with breakfast alfresco under the shade of the pergola before basking in the heat of the Mediterranean sun. Then, slip into the cool waters of your private infinity pool and swim to the very edge where the waters blend with the Aegean Sea.

Spend your afternoons exploring Syros’ capital, Hermoupolis, which is just a fifteen-minute drive away from the villa. Here, you will find – the Ermoupolis City Hall, built in the late 1800s, the stunning Orthodox church ‘Naós Agíou Nikoláou’, the Theatro Apollon, with its decorative ceiling, art galleries, museums, and much more.

When you return home to the villa in the early evening, why not cook up some souvlaki on the barbecue, and while you dine outside, enjoy the view as the sun sets over the sea and the seven islands that you can spot from here.
