Five Star Villa Olous is available for rental in July and August at a rent of Euro 25,000 per week. Air-conditioning and, if requested, pool heating are included.

Rentals are normally on a Saturday to Saturday basis with arrivals after 5:00 pm and departures before 11:00 am to allow a thorough cleaning.

A deposit of 30% will secure a booking, with the balance payable at least one month before the start of the rental period. There is a security deposit of 30%.

Porto Elounda, Elounda Mare and Peninsula Hotels with restaurants, spa, golf and full water sports are a 20 minute walk away. The nearest beach is a 10 minute drive away.
