Fabulous few days at turlough view with our group of friends. Every amenity thinkable available on site. All the little extras made our stay very enjoyable. 8 adults & 9 children in our group; all very comfortable & everyone had amazing time both inside the house & in the lovely grounds. Spotless condition. Lovely quirky touches & memorabilia coupled with modern conveniences & luxurious bathrooms. Stunning views. Highly recommend. Looking forward to returning to this beautiful house in it's wonderful setting!

I have been lucky to stay in some of the best guest houses and holiday homes in Ireland over years and I can say this house is easily In my top 5. Simply an amazing house in some fantastic surroundings. I would very highly recommend a family break or a friends get away here. Everything you could need and more and a jukebox full of favourites.

I stayed at Turlough view house recently for one night with 12 friends. This house is amazing, even better than the photos! When I arrived I was met by the lovely housekeeper who showed me around the house. The kitchen is well stocked with all the necessities and appliances you could need and plenty of firewood brought in for the stove in the living room! Big, comfy leather couches surround the fireplace and also in the living room is a duke box, a bar, pool table and even binoculars for the stunning views surrounding the property! The bedrooms are beautifully finished also! The outside grounds are fab with a lovely paved seating area on one side, perfect for barbecues and plenty of parking to the front. The house itself is just beautiful and I would highly recommend it but what really made it for me was the owner Brendan. From start to finish he was so helpful, friendly and he really couldn't do enough for us. As I was organising the whole night it was one less thing for me to worry about! Thanks again!

I stayed here for the weekend in February. The whole experience was fantastic. From the excellent accommodation to the beautiful views you couldn't want for anything more. The location is ideal for a trip into Galway or one of the other many local places to visit. I would definitely reccomment this to a family or small group for a fabulous holiday.

Turlough View is a lovely house in a beautiful peaceful setting. Everything was spotlessly clean and it's very well equipped with quality appliances. Everything is catered for-it was even stocked with free bottled water. It is open plan and very spacious. We enjoyed sitting out on the bedroom balcony upstairs in the mornings. The views from all windows at Turlough are stunning. The log fire was lovely. Having internet access was a great bonus as was having the BBC channels. The caretaker is on hand and is very nice & helpful and she brought us home made scones which was a lovely gesture. The nearby river seems little explored and has some decent sized pike. We have a vacation rental ourselves and have stayed at many holiday rentals. This was one of the best.

Turlough View is beautiful! Well stocked with quality appliances and comfortable furniture. Large and very clean. The grounds are lovely and private. A kind welcome of fresh cakes and a tour by the owner was very appreciated. Pool table, jukebox etc were amazing for nights in. Property is secluded and roads not really suitable to walk along so a car is essential for shops etc. The house is better than the photos!!
