Tudor Wing is a large house near to Edenbridge in Kent. The house sleeps seventeen people in seven bedrooms over two floors with four bathrooms. There is also a fitted kitchen, a formal dining room, a sitting room with a woodburner and a games room. Outside are 6 acres of gardens, a tennis court and off road parking. Set in beautiful countryside on the Kent/Sussex border, Tudor Wing is a memorable property for a holiday all year round.

Over three floors. Seven bedrooms with TV (all zip/link can be twin on request): 1 x super king-size double with double sofa bed and en-suite walk-in shower, basin and WC, 3 x super king-size double (with folding single bed on request), 3 x second floor super king-size double (one with folding single bed and access via a supporting central beam, suitable mainly for children). Bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. Shower room with walk-in shower, basin and WC. Second floor bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. Ground floor basin and WC. Kitchen with breakfast table (seats 10). Utility. Dining room (seats 16). Sitting room (seats 12) with woodburning stove. Entrance hall with reading area. Games room with half-size snooker table, table tennis, games and TV with Sky.

Edenbridge is a market town on the borders of Kent and Sussex and is close to Tunbridge Wells.

Region
Kent is affectionately known as the Garden of England. Its history and heritage provide the region with a rich array of sightseeing possibilities, while the stunning choice of Blue Flag beaches offer the chance to enjoy the beautiful coastline.

Private enclosed front garden with furniture and shared use of 6-acre garden with lawns, patios and furniture. Shared use with the two other properties on-site of a heated outdoor swimming pool (10m x 5m) available 9am to 6pm, all year round. Exclusive use of swimming pool can be arranged directly with the owner, this being a maximum of 3 hours per property, per day consisting of periods of no more than 90 minutes at a time. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 2 miles, pub 1 mile. Note: Second floor bedrooms have sloping ceiling and one room has restricted access via centre beam and head-height is very low, making this room suitable for children only. Note: Stairs to second floor are steep. Note: There are lockable doorways on both first and second floors between the two properties. Note: This cottage sleeps max 17. Note: shared gardens have space to play a selection of garden games that are at the house. These include Rounders, cricket, volleyball, croquet, boules, tug of war and giant jenga.
