Set over two storeys, this is an elegant home in a private spot that comes complete with its own gated driveway parking, garage and pretty gardens – perfect for enjoying the city's famous sunshine. The interiors are cool white, with hardwood wide-plank and tiled floors, arched ceilings and a great deal of personality. Cook in style thanks to the high-end kitchen and choose to eat at the breakfast bar, in the formal dining space or out on the patio.
