This bright apartment, not far from Coconut Grove, reflects the neighbourhood’s fun and funky vibe. Sunshine yellow seating and tropical views of banyan and palm trees make the private balcony an ideal place to start the day. And you can’t help but feel happy amid the pops of colour inside. Black and white surf photography in one bedroom contrasts a lime wall, while printed cushions against a backdrop of red make for a cheery space in the other. But just an eight-minute drive away from bayfront art galleries, indie stores and sidewalk cafes, we’d understand if you didn’t spend much time at home.
