The White House is a recently refurbished, two bedroom semi-detached house with rear garden and a private parking. Guests also have the access to the communal outdoor swimming pool and a south facing exotic plant sub-tropic garden. The house is only 10 minute’s walk from Torquay Harbour, Town centre, SW Coastal Path and many of the local pubs, restaurants and cafes.

• Rooms: First floor kitchen diner, lounge and rear garden. First floor two bedrooms with two en-suite shower rooms.
• Kitchen & utilities: electric hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer (70/30), dishwasher, washer dryer.
• Entertainment: smart TV 46’’ / Freeview, board games, books
• Garden: Enclosed garden BBQ (gas provided) with garden furniture. Access to communal garden sub-tropic garden and outdoor swimming pool.
• Parking: private parking for 1 car. Parking for second car by prior arrangement.
• General: (WI-Fi, heating and electricity included, linen/towels provided-including pool towels, non-smoking)

• Security deposit:This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £200, which is payable to Blueriver Cottages with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver equivalent to 10% of the Accidental Damage Deposit value, which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay.

Access to communal Garden area & Outdoor Swimming pool:Swimming pool & sub-tropical garden area is shared with the attached B&B. Guests are welcome to share the garden year round and pool (seasonal due to weather conditions~May-September from 10:30 am to 7:30 pm). There are many “spiky” plants in the garden that may cause injury. As well as the outdoor pool there is a pond, when wet, boardwalks and decking may be hazardous to the unwary and or Children.
