The open-plan living space comprises of a kitchen equipped with an electric oven and hob, kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge, freezer and dishwasher, a dining area with seating for two and a sitting area with a TV and woodburning stove. There is a double bedroom with an en-suite shower room, along with a twin bedroom and a bathroom. Outside, there is parking for one car and a garden with lawn, patio and furniture. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, towels and a starter pack of logs for the woodburning stove are all included in the rental price. Pets are welcome; however, smoking is not permitted. For your local conveniences, you'll find a shop and a pub within 0.4 miles. Escape to the sought-after coastline of Cornwall with a stay at The Old Workshop.
