It's a hidden gem, with lovely homes, winding alleys, and welcoming stores and taverns. The large village, like many Sussex villages, has a 12th century church, a calm charm, and provides a tranquil escape away from the stresses of contemporary life. Further out, supermarkets and a variety of independent stores can be found in Pulborough and Storrington, while Horsham and Worthing, approximately a 20-minute drive away, offer extensive retail therapy.
