Between Corton and Great Yarmouth sits Hopton-on-Sea, a charming seaside village. The community is well-known as a popular beach resort, with a variety of activities such as amusement arcades and the Gorleston Golf Club, which hosts the World Indoor Bowls Championships in January. There are a number of pubs and restaurants to choose from, as well as a choice of convenience stores to stock up on basics. Corton is home to the Pleasurewood Hills Family Theme Park, while Great Yarmouth, to the north, is a bustling resort town.
