This property has the advantage of a superb location and is within easy reach of Padstow either on foot or by cycle for the able bodied holiday maker. It is well equipped and tastefully decorated which makes you feel immediately at home. We’ve stayed a number of times now and always enjoy the area, finding something new to do each time, as well as enjoying our favourite actives.

Lovely property in great location. 20 min drive to coast. Great that dogs are accepted, as my 2 loved the big garden.

The location of this property, overlooking the Padstow Estuary, gives an added dimension, along with the surrounding land.

The most fantastic house, with great views. Very clean and great for people with dogs, as the grounds are great. Would buy this house if I could. Our second and not last time at The Linhay.

This property is very well equipped and spacious, but what really sets it apart from other similar properties is its location: it has the most beautiful view of the estuary at Padstow. It is also within easy walking and cycling distance of Padstow which means that you aren’ t tied to the use of the car for the whole week as you might be at other places. We’ve been back four times now and absolutely love it!

A wonderful cottage with views towards the sea. In a great location, ideal for accessing the camel trail. Very well fitted out with all you’ll need for the stay, highly recommended.

Super location with stunning views. Property just as expected and ideal for our requirements as we had an elderly member of the family with us. Only very small downside bedrooms 2 and 3 a little smaller than expected and would have appreciated easier access to a plug in the bedroom. Overall a very memorable visit and would recommend without hesitation.

Outstanding accommodation, we stayed here during February and was a little cold, however the accommodation was very warm, and would be out of this world during the summer where you could have BBQ's on the decking outside.

Excellent location to explore Padstow and surrounding area. Accommodation appointed to an immaculate standard, with no corners cut on appliance or furniture quality. Superb sunsets and views of the Camel Estuary. 'Natural’ traffic jams were a delight- i.e. following sheep and cows down narrow country lanes near the property.

Excellent rural quiet location, well located for Padstow, Newquay, Tintagel and within easy reach of Looe and Polperro on the south coast. Beautiful barn conversion with no expense spared for furnishings and equipment, decking with patio furniture and an extensive lawned area with sun loungers. The icing on the cake was to be able to sit out on the decking each evening watching the sun set, with a clear view of the estuary between Padstow and Rock over the fields.
