This 3 bedroom lodge comfortably sleeps 6 people with two king size beds and a twin bedroom, with an additional sofa bed in the living area. The open plan kitchen/living/dining room is bright, spacious and very functional. The property offers WIFI with smart TV and lounge area provides breathtaking views of Lough Derg and over to Mountshannon.

The kitchen is fully furnished with washing machine, dryer, microwave, dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine and features a breakfast bar, while the dining area skylights showers the area with sun all afternoon and evening.

Enjoy the breathtaking views of Lough Derg and its surrounding scenery while entertaining outdoors with a patio, dining set and BBQ. A fully enclosed garden provides a safe haven for children at the lodge.

The lodge offers a luxurious base for exploring Co Clare and the Wild Atlantic Way. Bookings are available on a weekend/midweek basis during the months June-Sept
€500 non refundable (under any circumstances) booking deposit is required to secure your dates.
Remaining balance up to 50% is due 6 weeks prior to arrival date.
Balance of booking (full 100%) due by electronic transfer 2 weeks prior to arrival.
Cancellation fee of 50% will apply 6-2 weeks prior to arrival.
2 weeks or less before the date of arrival 100% cancellation fee applies.
