Minutes away from the Hollywood Reservoir, this sophisticated house is a gateway to everything from the Hollywood Sign and Griffith Observatory to the Walk of Fame and Santa Monica Pier and Beach. Whilst nature lovers will delight in the sheer number of hiking trails in the area, those who prefer to lean into the laidback vibe of California will find the outdoor areas here irresistible. A private pool is only outshined by the mountain views from the balcony with a firepit. And the internal elevator makes this home a little more accessible for family members with mobility issues. *We suggest hiring a car for ease – there's parking space for up to five cars here.
*If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a cot and high chair for free. You'll need to request them in advance.
*The swimming pool isn't fenced. If you're bringing little ones, they'll need to be supervised at all times.
*The primary renter has to be over the age of 30.
*Hen and stag parties are strictly not allowed at this home. Your host asks that you please respect quiet hours between 10pm and 8am.
