Living area and dinging room

From the marble tiled hallway enter into the comfortable contemporary living room with open fire and large flatscreen TV, wooden floors, retro-styled two seater and a bright chartreuse three-seater couch, complemented by contemporary art and clean contemporary decor. This bright and welcoming room is filled with light from a large bay window..

Kitchen
The spacious kitchen has everything you need—double oven and hob, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, dishwasher and fridge freezer, as well as a utility room/WC with washing machine and dryer. The high-sheen marbled tiles and neutral tones, spacious cupboards, peninsula and dining table provide a home-from-home kitchen. French doors lead to enclosed back yard, perfect for barbecuing on a sunny evening.

Each of the two bedrooms has an en suite and there is a downstairs WC.

Upstairs the light-filled landing leads to two large double bedrooms, both with spacious en suite shower rooms with powerful showers (the front bedroom pumped, the back room with an electric shower).
