The Hen House is a gorgeous, detached single-storey cottage nestled in the village of Kiltarlity, Scotland. Home to one king-size bedroom in a studio-style layout, this property can sleep up to two guests. The interior of the cottage is complete with a bathroom and an open-plan living space with a kitchen, dining area and a sitting area. Outside there is an enclosed front garden with a wood-fired hot tub and an outdoor seating area. The Hen House is the ultimate choice for a romantic retreat to Scotland. 1 well behaved dog welcome. Note: This property isn't suitable for wheelchair users and is on a working farm. Please note that due to a festival, the estate may be busier than usual from 18/7/22 to 10/8/22 The festival runs from 28/7/22 to 31/7/22. Please note bookings between 27/7/22 up to and including 1/8/22/22 will be charged subject to a cost of 7 nights but will have festival tickets included. Note: 20th July - 3rd of August there will be increased activity around the estate due to an upcoming local festival. The festival is from 27/07/2022 - 30/07/2022- Those that book during this period will receive 2 free festival tickets. All bookings from this period will be subject to the cost of a 7 night stay.

Kiltarlity is a quintessential village set just a pleasant drive away from the city of Inverness, in the beautiful Scottish countryside. Home to a charming village store and a bustling local pub, this village has everything you could possibly need right on your doorstep. The towns of Beauly and Muir of Ord sit within easy touring distance, whilst Inverness sits slightly further afield.

From the lush green farmlands of the Borders to the ruggedness of the Highlands, the Scots are proud of their land and identity. Scotland also has some of Britain’s best beaches with glorious stretches of clean sand over which to roam.

Please note that due to a festival, the estate may be busier than usual from 13/7/24 to 09/8/24 The festival runs from 25/7/24 to 27/7/24. Please note: The property has a Christmas market happening on 17th December 11:00 to 23:00 at Belladrum Farm. There will be market stalls, bar, entertainments etc. The farm will therefore be busier than usual that day. Note: This property isn't suitable for wheelchair users and is on a working farm
