Or, a five-minute walk will take you to one of Madrid's most famous streets, Gran Vía. Watch a production at the Teatro EDP Gran Vía or have lunch at one of its many eateries. Alternatively, the iconic Plaza del Dos de Mayo is a fifteen-minute wander. Here, you'll find plenty of bars, as well as a lively weekend market for fresh produce.

Take some goodies back to this elegant apartment and whip up a bocadillo de calamares (calamari sandwich) in the sleek, white kitchen and enjoy it at the dining table with its plush green velvet chairs. We love the French doors to the balcony – they allow so much light in, and the views are fantastic.
