There’s an elegant living room with comfy armchairs for curling up with a good book and a fully-equipped kitchen with everything you could need for rustling up Mallorcan-inspired dishes. Though we think you’ll spend most of your time on the terrace, lounging on the white sofas and tending to the sizzling barbecue.

When the temperature rises, plunge into the saltwater pool and float about for a while. Or why not hit the beach? Platja de Can Pere Antoni is only a fifteen-minute drive away. If you like to soak up local culture on your holidays, Palma is packed with history – the Royal Palace of La Almudaina is reached in twenty minutes by car. As the day draws to a close, find an authentic eatery in the Old Town for a slap-up supper and a well-earned glass of wine.
