On the ground floor is a kitchen and a shower room. The first floor has an open plan sitting area and dining area with traditional wood burner in a feature brick fireplace. Outside there are substantial gardens, raised patio area and off road parking for one car. The Summer House is a stunning property for a couple seeking a romantic retreat.

Helston lies at the western gateway to the Lizard Peninsula, where there is lots to explore, from quaint traditional fishing villages to a spectacular coastline and some forgotten coves and beaches. Helston is a pleasant busy market town famous for its Flora Day Festival and “Furry Dance” which happens in May.

Cornwall's visitors are constantly tempted back to the beautiful coastline, tiny fishing villages, hidden coves and the world-class surfing. Whatever the reason, Cornwall has long cemented its place as one of Britain's premier holiday destinations.

Note: No washing machine although shared use of the owners washing machine & tumble dryer.
