St. Marnock’s Bay: Dublin

The house is 1830sq ft, A energy rated , detached, 3 storey, on a corner, 4 bedrooms, 2 ensuite bathrooms and 2 other bathrooms (one with a bath). 

We have virgin tv, phone(most countries in World can be phoned as part of package) and WiFi ( which is excellent all over house). The main TV in upstairs living room is a 54inch smart tv and includes Netflix, google play movies YouTube etc

The house Is 18 months old.

On third floor - The main master bedroom has a super king bed, walk in wardrobe and wardrobes and ensuite with shower. I keep a single mattress under the bed as extra and usually it goes in one of other bedrooms for kids.

The bedroom to front has a 4ft6 double bed and wardrobe. The bedroom to back has a wardrobe, a high up bed with desk and sofa style set up underneath...This converts to a single bed (danish bed - you pull out wooden slat base and cushion of sofa converts to a mattress - this is the most popular bed with kids!!!)

The 4th bedroom is on the middle floor and has wardrobe and ensuite bathroom with shower. It has a single bed with trundle pull out bed and mattress that can be used to turn bed into a super king size double or two single beds.

The living room has 2 sofas, tv as above, digital piano, a desk and other furniture pieces. The room runs from front to back of the house and gets the sun all day. At the moment there is a view of Howth from the small window. 

On the ground floor is the den with a sofa, desk and tv screen for Netflix And Xbox. The sofa is a sofa bed( double) which can fit 2 small people but we tend to just sleep one adult in it if used.

The kitchen - runs across the back of the house and looks out into a south west facing garden. 
There is a u shaped kitchen with marble top counters and bar - electric cooker, oven, oven/ grill, microwave, fridge and kettle toaster nespresso coffee machine and nutri bullet smoothie / juice maker.

Off this area is a door to side passage and the utility room with washing machine and condenser dryer

The dining area has a Swedish oak wood table with bench and armchairs - it has 2 end extensions - with 1 extensions can accommodate
8 people - with 2 Nd extension - 10 people comfortably and 12 with a little squeeze! Spare chairs in cupboard and we often use the bar high chairs put down to their lowest level as extra chairs( although higher than normal chairs but it works!!)

Off this are are Double glass patio doors out to garden. We tended to just leave these open on sunny days and eat inside.

Garden has shed with bikes and scooters etc which guests would be welcome and encouraged to use!

Also on this level - Bathroom with toilet and sink and a cloakroom.

House has an alarm.

House has all required smoke and fire alarms/ sensors. All doors and bathrooms wheelchair accessible as per modem regulations.

Double glazed windows, air to water pump heating system, hot water always available....
There is no front garden but front door opens onto a wide path and grass patch.

Parking for 2 cars at side and there is a visitor space.

There is great pathways for children to skate and cycle and we have a playground.

The Dart station is a 3 to 4 minute walk.

Malahide is a 5ish minute dart ride.

The city centre is 25 minutes but you can also stop off at Clontarf dart station. Darts mostly every 20 minutes. 2 bus services a 5 minute walk away.

Howth is a ten to fifteen minute drive 

Malahide is five minute drive 
Belfast is reachable by car in an hour and a half.

Ten minutes from m50 and m1. Cinemas within 15 minutes car ride 

15 minutes from the airport

The famous Portmarnock golf club and Portmarnock golf links  course are within walking and short driving distance. Clontarf and Donabate golf courses not far. 

The Portmarnock velvet strand beach is a 15 to 20 min walk from house - 2 ways to go. Baldoyle estuary is 5 minutes from house and is a gorgeous walk with protected nature reserve area.
