I came to Dublin with some of my closest friends to celebrate my 40th Birthday. The space was clean and more than adequate to support my groups needs. The location is top notch - local bakeries, pubs, flower stands just down the stairs - area is super walkable to other restaurants, a market, attractions, the hop on/hop off buses, etc. Things to note, the upstairs bedrooms have on-suite bathrooms. There's one bedroom with 2 twin beds... those guests either are coming in and out to use the restroom, or they go down a flight and a half of stairs to only other non on-suite bathroom. The townhouse does have single pane (historic) windows - so if you're a light sleeper, be sure to bring ear plugs as the street facing rooms get a lot of street noise (especially around pub closing times). Doing your hair is a bit tricky, as the only outlet in the restroom is for a shaver... long cords on curling or flat irons get the job done with the full length mirrors. We used a bag storage company to store our bags after the early (10am) check-out - it's about 5-7Euro per piece of luggage. All in, I love my stay here and found it to be better than anticipated. Phil was wonderful to work with and very responsive. Thanks again for making my stay memorable!
