The living areas in the property consist of an open-plan living space with a kitchen hosting an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, coffee machine, a dining area with seating for four people, and a sitting area with an Apple TV, DVD Player, Sonos sound system and books. The bedrooms consist of a super-king-size (zip/link, can be twin on request) with a TV, and a king-size with a TV and en-suite shower room, along with a family bathroom. Outside, there is a private rear, enclosed terrace with furniture and a front patio with furniture which leads to the communal, lawned grounds; there is also parking available. Within 0.3 miles, you will find a shop and a beach, and within 0.9 miles, a pub. Please note that this is a pet-free and a non-smoking property. Enjoy seaside escapades from the stylish apartment of Sky. Note: Check-in is from 4pm, check-out by 9am.

Area
There's nothing quite like a day at the beach at Carbis Bay, a seaside community just a few minutes' drive from the famous St Ives. The beach has a tropical vibe thanks to its turquoise waves and protected location, making it ideal for an old-fashioned day at the beach. Ocean Sports Centre is located on beach, so if sunbathing isn't your thing, why not rent a kayak or stand-up paddleboard? For a really luxurious experience, why not book yourself a day at the luxurious hotel's spa, which overlooks the beach and has a lovely terrace from which you can sip your cocktails?
