*This home is on the first floor of an apartment building with a shared entrance.
*There's no lift here. You'll need to climb a flight of stairs to reach the entrance of the home.
*We recommend the use of a car here. Your host will provide two off-street parking spaces. EV charging points are also available (Type 2 and charge at 22.0kW). You'll need to bring your own cable.
*The lawn area is shared with the neighbours.
*There's also a communal outdoor shower and a storage area for water sports equipment.
*If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a cot, high chair, and children's bathroom steps for free. You'll need to request them in advance.
*Two well-behaved dogs are welcome to accompany you during your stay.
