In fact, it's just over five minutes' walk to Pakefield Beach and the charming seaside town of Southwold takes twenty-five minutes in the car. This home is a lovely place to return to after a day of frolicking about in the sand and surf. The interior has been recently refurbished and feels thoroughly modern, although period features such as the cast-iron fireplace and Victorian doors have been lovingly retained. Out the back, there's a garden space where you can breathe in the fresh coastal air over breakfast, while there's also a bathtub to tempt you in for long soaks just off the master bedroom.
