We have just completed a two week holiday at Croagh Patrick Lodge. Having had to cancel a planned Christmas holiday abroad due to covid, this experience more than made up for the disappointment. The house exceeded all our expectations. Linda had done the most amazing job decorating the lodge for Christmas and provided a very warm welcome to us on our arrival. The house was extremely warm, spacious, clean and relaxing. The views of Croagh Patrick to the rear and Clew Bay to the front were beautiful. We would have no hesitation in recommending this property and would be delighted to return at a future date

We spent a wonderful week in Croagh Patrick Lodge in August with our extended family. In our group we had parents, children and grandparents, and the house accommodated us all comfortably. We found the house spacious and elegant, and furnished to a high standard. Our host Linda was friendly and helpful in showing us around, and we felt relaxed from arrival. The views out the front of the house to Clew Bay and out the back to Croagh Patrick are spectacular, and were a lovely backdrop to our evening barbeques. It's a special place and we look forward to returning.

We had an absolutely wonderful time at Croagh Patrick Lodge. The house is beautifully decorated, spacious and spotlessly clean. There was plenty of space for adults and kids to hang out comfortably and the views are stunning. Beds are super comfy, with high-quality linens. Linda was fantastic to deal with. Rentals of this standard are hard to come by, cannot recommend it highly enough. We’ll be back!

Great Family Time at Croagh Patrick Lodge
This is great property with a very nice and helpful owner who lives next door. Lots of rooms for a family or two families. Great location to Croagh Patrick, The Tavern and all of the beautiful sites within an hour or so drive. A great base of operations for day trips and close enough to the restaurants and shopping in Westport. Thank you for a great stay!

Thanks so much for a fabulous weekend. My brothers and I wanted to go somewhere special to celebrate our parents 45th wedding anniversary, Westport and Croagh Patrick have always had a special place in our hearts and when I saw your house online, I thought it would be a good choice. It turned out to be the perfect choice – we couldn’t have been happier. The house is so spacious – 10 people stayed and we all had so much space. It was warm and spotlessly clean, the rooms were spacious (bed very comfortable)and the bathrooms to a great standard. The kitchen is so well stocked with utensils and loads of space – making dinner for 10 people didn’t seem like any work at all!
Having breakfast looking out at Croagh Patrick one window and Clew Bay the other is something else.
I can’t wait to come back, hopefully in Summer months and have a BBQ out in that fabulous garden!

We stayed here for my mum and dads 25th wedding anniversary and what a place. There where 13 guests in total having a 3 night stay and it was perfect from when we landed to we left! Sea View Croagh Patrick was the perfect size and extremely clean. We spent some time in Westport itself followed by spending some time walking up the mountain and by Clew Bay! There were great services around the house including a beautiful restaurant known as The Tavern- recommended by Linda the property owner! Couldn’t have asked for better.
We hope to return in the future!

We absolutely adored our stay in your beautiful home, there were 10 adults and 3 babies for a family gathering and the house accommodated us all with ease. The house has the most wonderful atmosphere and the room sizes are large and bright and beautifully decorated, it really was like being in our very own holiday home. We made great use of the kitchen/garden room which is very large and full of every cooking utensil and delph you could imagine. The quality of all the bed-linen and towels are of hotel standard , a lovely touch and much appreciated. The house is situated at the foot of Croagh Patrick which we scaled to great delight one sunny morning and the views over Clew bay are truly breathtaking. Linda was on hand for any advice we needed and couldn't have been more friendly and welcoming. Anybody looking for a relaxing stay in a beautiful house in the most idyllic setting should come and visit.

We stayed at this scenic lodge at the foot of Croagh Patrick for a week, family group of 14. It is a large well furnished spacious house with all the amenities needed for large groups, there was nothing we needed to ask for and had the most fabulous time there. We even hosted all our local family members to a get-together one evening. Linda the owner was great and very welcoming. I have no hesitation in recommending The Lodge to visitors coming to Westport.

We spent a week here in early July 2017. The lodge is a lovely, spacious and very well equipped house at the base of Croagh Patrick. The area and scenery is spectacular and the house was a great base to wander out from. The owner was very relaxed and helpful and we had a lovely holiday
