Guests will also be able to enjoy inspirational Mediterranean cuisine which is included in the offering and is specially prepared each day by a professionally-trained chef. All the ingredients used will be of the highest quality and wherever possible, locally sourced, as well as from the Estate’s own kitchen garden.
Numerous activities are available on request, including guided bike rides, kayaking at sunset, chartering a boat, or walks around the beautiful Cami de Cavalls, a former horse track encircling the entire coastline of Menorca. Jonathan Raeburn Cugó Gran is delighted to announce that Jono Raeburn will join the team as in-house Chef for the 2017 season. A qualified Head Chef with 15 years’ experience, Jono has worked all over the world including in the Michelin-starred “Greyhound Inn” in Stockbridge and “21 Queen Street” in Newcastle, UK as well as in “Rockpool”, “Quay” and “Vue de Monde” arguably three of Australia's finest restaurants.
His latest achievements have been as Head Chef at the prestigious “No.14” in Verbier, Switzerland and more recently as the Head Chef and Owner of “Brasserie 1” in Le Châble, Verbier, Switzerland. Jono has also worked for private households and on super yachts. He produces high quality, imaginative and varied menus and we are thrilled to have him with us.
