It has many independent stores, restaurants and local pubs. New Forest National Park offers many outdoor activities such as walking, cycling and riding. For beach trips, head to the South Hampshire and Dorset coastline. Also popular are places such as Stonehenge, Stourhead Gardens and Longleat Safari Park, all within driving distance.
