Pour yourself a local wine, such as a crisp glass of robola, or make the most of your host’s complimentary bottle. Starting outdoors, pass by the infinity pool and stylish black loungers and parasols. Heading up to the first of two glass-fronted balconies, you’ve got a shady pagoda for alfresco dining, then another with beanbags for lazy days in the sun.

Inside, it’s all about elegant minimalism and smooth, clean lines. White, black, and grey keep the colour palette muted, while understated furniture completes the look.
